Join us for a morning dedicated to Sambo training and education, open to the public and all experience levels.
🕘 9:00–10:00 — Kids Sambo Class (Under 12)
🕥 10:30–11:00 — Sambo Seminar
🕚 11:00–12:30 — Open Mat (supervised contact, MMA-style ruleset)

Kids (Under 12): $10
Adult seminar only: $10
Adult open mat only: $10
