Our theme for this class is 'release and renew'.
As the year draws to a close, it's the perfect time to release what no longer serves you and step into your true power. This Breathwork session will help you shed old patterns, blockages, and tension, creating space for renewal, clarity, and fresh energy. Whether you’re letting go of the past or simply preparing to move forward, this workshop will guide you toward a transformative shift as you step into the new year with a sense of freedom and possibility.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork gives you a direct experience for healing and transformation by accessing your body's innate healing intelligence. Breathwork is a conscious and connected breathing technique that supports you to improve your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing through accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness.
What's included?
🌟Education on the nervous system + learn a 5 minute take home practise
🌟Journal prompts on the theme of joy to tap into the subconscious
🌟45 minutes- 60 minutes of conscious and connected Breathwork

Who is Gemma Rose?
Gemma is a fully certified trauma-informed Breathwork Practitioner (Owaken), and Trauma-Recovery Coach (IAOTRC). After nearly a decade working in award-winning philanthropic and charitable organisations, she now supports people to develop new levels of self-leadership through deep inner-work. She specialises in supporting clients to connect back to their authentic selves and the present moment. Her passion lies in supporting clients to unlock their unique gifts and purpose through emotional mastery and intuitive development.
