⭐️LOCATION: Fleetwood Winery, Leesburg, VA (downstairs of "The Loft."
⭐️PARKING: PARK in the gravel lot and walk to "The Loft" (there will be signs to direct you). Enter The Loft and head downstairs!
⭐️SETTING: We will be inside a temperature-controlled, warm, gorgeous space with exquisite resonance to amplify the healing vibrations through your body!
⭐️WHO IT's FOR: All levels are welcome—no prior experience with Yoga Nidra or sound baths is necessary.
⭐️WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported. Eye masks and journal/pen are optional but encouraged for post-session reflection.
