🚶‍♂️ REA Cardiff Branch Wellbeing Walk & Social Event – 4 July 2026

A big thank you to everyone who has already shown interest - we’re looking forward to a great day together 👏
📍 Walk Details: We’ll meet at Hailey Park Car Park (near Llandaff North RFC)
- 42 Radyr Rd, Llandaff North, CF14 2FU
- Arrive by 10:45
- Walk starts 11:00 sharp
The route takes us south along the Taff - past the tennis courts, under Llandaff North Bridge (old TA lads will remember this spot 👀), continuing alongside the river to Blackweir Footbridge.
We’ll stop briefly for a rest (and maybe an ice cream if the van’s there 🍦), take a few photos, then head back the same way. 🕐 Expected return: 13:00
🍻 Social Event: From 13:00 onwards at Llandaff North Rugby Club
- Lounge access for the afternoon: Food available – curry & rice 🍛) 📺 Live showing: Wales 🏉 v Fiji 🇫🇯 (14:00 KO)
🧠 What It’s About: This isn’t a race - just a relaxed walk, good conversation, and a chance to support each other’s wellbeing.
✅ What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes 👟/ Water 💧/ Coat (just in case!) 🌦️/ Ice cream money 😁
