Shadow & Truth is a deep, guided ceremony to meet the parts of yourself that have been rejected, judged, or shamed — and begin the process of reclaiming them.
This immersive shadow-work journey includes:
🌺 Ceremonial Cacao — to soften your heart and open the door inward
🌬️ Breathwork — to move what’s been buried and access your deeper truth
🌿 Rapeh (Hapé) Medicine — to ground, purge, and clear space for your full self
🖤 Shadow journaling + a guided journey to meet a part of you that’s been hiding
🔥 Ritual to release shame and reclaim your truth in community and reverence
This is not about becoming “better.”

– A sacred item for the altar (representing a part of yourself you’re ready to stop hiding)
⚠️ This ceremony includes Rapeh (a sacred Amazonian tobacco blend), which may induce emotional and energetic purging (tears, shaking, yawning, even nausea or vomiting for some).
