Join me for a soul-nourishing 2-hour morning practice honouring the Winter Solstice, a sacred time of stillness, reflection, and renewal.
🌞 Grounding yoga flow to awaken warmth from within
🕯️ Trataka (candle gazing meditation) steady your gaze, calm your mind, kindle your inner flame
✨Pranayama, (breathing techniques) to expand prana and open our solar energy channel
💫 Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation to reconnect with your heart’s light
We will finish with herbal tea and sweet treats
