Light holds a special significance across Europe 🇪🇺– as a symbol of hope, community, culture, and change. At this event, we explore how light is used and understood in different EU countries: from historical traditions and modern light art to sustainable solutions and urban spaces that bring people together 🙌
The evening will be spent drawing inspiration, sharing perspectives, and warming up for the upcoming light festival 🎊
While listening to a short presentation, there will be an opportunity to paint candles, and afterwards we will put on glow sticks 🌟
As a natural continuation of the event, we will go to the light festival in Roskilde centre together and experience light in practice – side by side, enriched by new insights and a shared sense of anticipation 🥰
Everyone is welcome, whether you are curious about culture, community, art, or simply love the atmosphere created when darkness is illuminated by light 💡
