Ready to roar from your heart? Come move, feel, and rise with us.Join our Beloved Community as we weave conscious dance and sitting meditation together. Using Open Floor's Meditation Cycle, we gather to notice what's present and alive, and embody it in connection to Self, Other, and Spirit. Suitable for those new to meditation/dance and those who are vastly experienced... and everything in between! We close the evening with delicious organic snacks shared in community.
**This month, we invoke and in-corp-orate the particular magic of Leo the Lion, roaring with authenticity, courage, and fierce grace.**
Open Floor is a conscious dance practice that invites our Wholeness into Community. As such, it engages mind-body awareness, emotional intelligence, relational attunement, and connection to Spirit.
