From crispy coleslaw to fluffy cornbread — this is Southern cooking done right!

🍗 BBQ Chicken Sliders with homemade BBQ sauce
🥬 Southern Creamy Coleslaw
🧁 Honey Cornbread Muffins
What We’re Learning:
– The science of BBQ and how heat changes protein and sugars
– How to make and balance homemade emulsified sauces
– Baking chemistry for fluffy, golden muffins
– Knife skills, measuring, kitchen safety, teamwork, and technique
