Let’s trade screens for starlight and come together for an evening of food, laughter, and connection! We’ll gather at Erwin Park for a cozy campfire night with potluck dinner, optional games, a short hike, and plenty of stories under the stars.✨ Here’s the plan:
Potluck Picnic – Everyone brings a dish to share. Please sign up using the form so we don’t end up with 20 desserts (tempting, but… 😂).
Campfire Fun – Crackling fire, campfire stories, and a full s’mores bar provided.
Games & Laughs – Got a favorite card or lawn game? Sign up on the form to bring it along.
Optional Overnight – You’re welcome to camp out! If you’d like to stay the night, let us know on the form so we can plan ahead. You’ll need to bring your own tent/gear.
🌙 What to bring:
Potluck dish + your own drink
A camp chair & flashlight/headlamp
Comfortable shoes if you’d like to hike
Overnight gear (if you’re camping)
💵 Cost: $10 per person
This covers the reserved shelter at Erwin Park, firewood for our campfire, all paper goods, and a full s’mores bar. You just bring your dish, drink, and a chair—everything else is taken care of!
This evening is about good food, good company, and good memories. Come for the campfire glow and, if you’re up for it, stay for the sunrise! 🌄
