📏 Format: 4.2 miles every hour x 6 rounds = 25.2 miles

Jump in for one or stay for several—whatever fits your day!
This is perfect endurance and hill training in a supportive group setting.
It’s also a great opportunity to train with others for Terra James’ upcoming Krug Castle Challenge—happening Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 8 AM.

🎽 Route Details:
Each 4.2-mile segment includes:
• 3 full laps around the park
• 3 flagpole loops per segment
• 1 parking lot loop added on the final lap
It sounds like math class, but we promise—it’s easy to follow and we’ll be going chill pace.
🚩 This is a simulation, not a race.
You can run 1 segment, 3 segments, or all 6. This is about learning your gear, your fuel, and your limits—without judgment or pressure. Come challenge yourself in a supportive crew setting.
⛺ Basecamp Setup:
Look for the orange tent near the restrooms at the top by the playground.
Bring:
• Extra water (we can’t refill mid-run)
• A chair
• Your snacks and fuel—drop them at the tent for safety
• Sunscreen and salt! (Hydrate all week!)
🌞 Pro Tips:
• Start hydrating days before the event
• Eat enough salt to avoid cramping
• Pace slow and recover between laps
• This is a perfect time to dial in your race-day strategy
