Course Description:
This FREE CTU-accredited course is designed to help professionals recognize how mold impacts industries such as property management, real estate, facility services, insurance, and building ownership. Participants will explore the evolution of mold awareness, gain a basic understanding of remediation, and learn how mold affects buildings and occupants. Whether you are in property management, real estate, insurance, or building services, this course will provide valuable insights into addressing one of the most common environmental challenges.
Instructor:
The class will be taught by Dan Luttrell, a seasoned professional with over 40 years of restoration industry experience. Dan is a former multi-unit franchise owner who led his teams through major restoration projects, including the aftermath of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and the restoration of a 200-room college dormitory fire. He has supported disaster response efforts following Hurricanes Katrina, Ike, and Tropical Storm Allison, and since 2013 has served as a Servpro certified instructor for insurance and real estate continuing education classes across the U.S. and Canada. Dan also holds a bachelor’s degree in Management of Human Resources and brings a passion for training, coaching, and helping professionals succeed.
