Come to Aztec Hotel and Spa in Bristol where gentle soothing music, essential oils, fairy lights, candles and a warm and welcoming room greet you 🕯 ✨How do you fancy switching off from the world for 45 minutes and learning relaxation techniques that you can continue to use at home
✨In your comfy clothes, relaxing on a mat snuggled by a cosy blanket and your head nestled on your cushion
✨Inhaling gorgeous aromas of essential oils
✨Fairy lights and candles twinkling around the room
✨Soothing music playing
✨Being guided into blissful relaxation, no interaction needed, nothing you need do but snuggle and relax
✨And then go home and look forward to a beautiful restful sleep, feeling ready for the week ahead.
✨These sessions are great for anxiety, wellbeing, overwhelm, grounding, if you struggle to relax or sleep.
✨Come alone or with a friend/family member either way I will always make sure you will feel welcomed and at ease.
✨I supply the mats and blankets just need bring a cushion
✨Session starts at 7:00pm and will be held in the gorgeous relaxation room within the Spa.
✨£15 per person, this session will include receiving a crystal. Places limited.
