💜 Step Sisters Walk Salem Creek Greenway Creek Crossing + Picnic Lunch

This one was such a favorite… we’re bringing it back! 💜
Join us on Saturday, August 15 at 10 AM for one of our most fun summer walks.
We’ll enjoy an easy walk along Salem Creek Greenway, and yes… we’ll make our way through the shallow creek crossing again! It’s the highlight of the morning and a fun way to cool off in the August heat. (Water shoes or flip-flops are a great idea if you’d rather not wear your walking shoes through the water or go barefoot.)
This is a 2 mile mostly flat walk except for a hill at the beginning and end.
Whether you’ve never walked with us before or you’ve been coming since the beginning, you are welcome. We walk at a comfortable pace, wait for one another, and spend as much time connecting as we do walking.
Afterward, we’ll head back to Salem Lake Park for a picnic lunch together. Bring your own lunch, something to drink, and a chair or picnic blanket in case the picnic tables are taken. We always end up talking long after the walk is over.
