As many of you know, our sweet Opal was diagnosed with Neonatal Sclerosing Cholangitis (NSC) at just 3 months old. NSC is a rare and serious liver disease that has caused severe damage to her liver, and the only cure is a life-saving liver transplant.
We are incredibly thankful to share that Opal has officially completed her liver transplant evaluation and has now been placed on the donor transplant list. While this is a huge milestone, Opal’s transplant journey is only just beginning—and the road ahead is long.
To help support Opal and her family with the medical and financial burdens during this time, we are hosting a benefit in her honor.
