🌟 This event holds a special place in my heart, as my Dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s about six years ago. Parkinson’s is a progressive neurological disorder affecting movement, caused by the degeneration of dopamine-producing nerve cells in the brain. While there are over 40 symptoms, the three main ones are tremor (shaking), slowness of movement, and rigidity (muscle stiffness). However, every person experiences the condition differently, and the exact cause remains unknown🌟

💙THEME is BLUE 💙 If you don't know about ZUMBA it is an incredible aerobic fitness workout that has an enormous amount of added benefits physically, mentally and socially. A Feel Good Class for Everyone regardless of age, ability, size or confidence.
