I’ll be offering a New Moon Sound Bath at Staplegrove Village Hall on Sunday 14th June (11am–12.15pm).
If you’ve been feeling the need to de-stress, slow down, rest, or take a little time out, this is a space to simply pause, breathe, and be.
With gongs, flute, and stillness, the sessions are deeply relaxing and restorative—helping the body soften, the mind quieten, and the nervous system reset.
No experience needed, just bring something comfortable to lie (or sit) on and a blanket so you are warm and cosy.

Not to put you off...
Gong baths are not suitable for anyone whose had major surgery in the last 6 weeks, suffers from fits (epileptics), or is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.
