Dead Set Florida (DSF) began in 2017 when Christian Walker, originally from Upstate New York and formerly of Syracuse favorite Dark Hollow, relocated to the Tampa Bay area and continued his lifelong passion of performing Grateful Dead music. Seeking like-minded musicians who shared his love for the music, Christian assembled a talented group dedicated to recreating the spirit, improvisation, and energy of the Grateful Dead experience.
Since then, Dead Set Florida has become one of the state's premier Grateful Dead tribute acts, bringing authentic performances and the communal spirit of the Dead to audiences throughout Florida.
