This family-friendly event blends gentle yoga poses, playful Halloween-themed stretches, and mindful breathing, all while curious kittens roam the room bringing extra joy and snuggles. Costumes are welcome (and encouraged!) for both kids (ages 8-16) and adults.
No yoga experience is needed—this class is designed for all ages and abilities. Come move, play, and celebrate Halloween in the most adorable way possible, while supporting a great cause.
