🐾 Taps & Tails: A Fundraiser for K9 Kane! 🍻
Mark your calendars! Join the West Milwaukee Police Department at Lion’s Tail Brewing Company for a fundraiser and mental health awareness event supporting our Therapy K9, Kane. 🦮
Kane and our Therapy K9 program are funded entirely on donations, both monetary and in-kind. Community generosity is what brought Kane to life, and it’s what will sustain his mission for years to come. Come out, show some love, and help us keep this vital program going!
📍 Event Details
* Where: Lion’s Tail Brewing Company (8520 W North Ave, Wauwatosa, WI)
* When: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* Meet K9 Kane: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
👕 Drink & Shop for a Cause: A portion of all tabs settled during the event will be donated directly to the WMPD Therapy K9 fund. Plus, official K9 Kane swag will be available for purchase so you can represent your favorite pup in style!
📸 Puppy Portraits: We will also have photographer Sara Sauer on-site taking portraits of your furry friends! Dogs are welcome on the patio.
🧠 Mental Health Resources & Community Support
This event is also about community wellness. We will have local vendors, such as the Southwest Suburban Health Department, on-site providing mental health resources and activities to promote awareness and support.
