Please note: 20 students minumum needed to run presentation. Lots of spots available for this event, feel free to share with other homeschool friends.
โณ Presentation Info:
โข Length: 1 hour
โข Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for instructions, we will be starting on time.
Students and parents will sit on covered wood bleachers, facing the main wolf enclosure. The presentation will cover the history of wolves in America, wolf behavior (pack structure, roles, etc.), their importance in the environment, the Yellowstone reintroduction, and the current state of wolves in the U.S. Students will have plenty of time for questions throughout the presentation. Afterward, a walk through path to see the other wolve enclosures and a visit to the gift shop.
There is nowhere on site to eat, so make sure the kids aren't hungry when we arrive. After, weather permitting, anyone who wants to join can meet at Nichols Park, just 8 minutes from the sanctuary. Free street parking, a small picnic area. Bring lunch and outdoor toys.
