🐴Men's "Mental Strength" Through Horses🐴I was approached recently, that do I not do Men's groups/ Well-being groups- so here we are🙏🐴
Try something new💪🐴 Let's put our mental health & well- being to the fore & experience ourselves through horses! The horses read our souls, some times there is no need for words!
What's involved?
🐴The horses are free around us, interacting as they see fit!
🐴They read what's going on inside of us, even if we are not aware- regulation
🐴The horses highlight our leadership skills, communication strengths
🐴Empowering self- learning
🐴All ground based- no horse riding
🐴Experiencal learning- "doing" & "being"
