🏳️🌈 Rainbow Meditation Perth Have you ever wanted to explore meditation and mindfulness in a safe and inclusive environment?
Or are you an experienced practitioner who would like to join other LGBTQI+ folk in meditation together?
Each session combines secular (non-religous) meditation and mindfulness practices, and flows into a sound meditation to finish.
Please arrive by 6.20pm to settle in for a 6.30pm start. The meditation runs for approx. an hour.
You will need to bring your own favourite sitting cushion, or yoga mat, and any pillows & blankets, or whatever you need to support your practice. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit.
Stay for just the meditation session or join us at for a chat and casual bite to eat afterwards at somewhere nearby.
It's a free community event. Donations towards the insurance welcomed. 🏳️🌈
Held in the Pride WA centre, at the Northbridge Piazza. on arrival at the Pride WA centre glass doors, please press the intercom button on your left so we can let you in. Use the lift, or the stairs, and the centre is on the 1st floor.
