Churches across the San Antonio area are invited to join us for an exciting overnight Missions Campout designed specifically for boys and men. Hosted at Woodlake Baptist Church, this completely free event is packed with faith-building fun, outdoor adventure, and powerful teaching focused on the Great Commission.📍 Location:

Friday, November 28 at 12:00 PM – Saturday, November 29 at 12:00 PM (CST)
🔥 Event Highlights:
-Meet missionaries and learn about their work
-Devotional teaching on the Great Commission
-Camping & survival skills practice
-Play Gaga Ball games
-Pinewood Derby racing with trophies for the winners!
-This is a chance for boys to grow in faith and friendship while experiencing adventure, mentorship, and mission-focused fun.
👥 Who Can Attend:
This campout is for boys and men from churches across the San Antonio area.
For every 5 boys your church brings, please register and send at least 1 adult male sponsor.
While the overnight experience is limited to boys and men, girls and women are welcome and encouraged to attend the Pinewood Derby on Saturday! Bring your own derby car or reach out to request help getting a kit.
✅ Adult Sponsor Requirements:
Adult sponsors can be pastors, RA leaders, children’s ministry leaders, dads, uncles, or other trusted men. All adult participants must:
-Submit a pastor-signed letter confirming a background check was completed within the past year
-Complete an online child safety course (link provided via email after registration)
-If already completed within the last year, email the certificate to:

This event will take place regardless of weather. If needed, indoor activities and overnight accommodations will be set up in the gym.
