The February Film Industry Networking Event (F.I.N.E.) is all about costuming, with special guest Marian Trescott.Marian has worked in film and television for nearly 25 years and has been a Costume Designer for the past six, alongside more than four decades of experience in theatre costume design. Her film career began on The Barber and took a major turn during the Kamloops shoot of An Unfinished Life, where she gained hands-on experience across nearly every role in the wardrobe department.
Since then, Marian has designed and supervised costumes for independent features and TV movies filmed throughout the Interior and Lower Mainland, including the indie feature Outrunners. She continues to work as a designer, set and truck supervisor, and mentor, while actively supporting local filmmakers and the regional film community.
