You may be at the location 30 minutes early, But Please 🙏🏿 BE ON TIME, we cannot wait for ANY late guests. Board Motor Coach and Check-In with your Coordinator. You are required to have a valid government issued photo id to board the bus and access the hotel, too. All event functions are private to the public.
8:00PM – 10:00PM: Hotel Check-In – Settle in and visit the *Activity Desk for event details and updates.
9:00PM – 12:30AM:Activity Desk Open – Sign up for what you would like to do. Please note there has to be enough participants to run an activity.
10:00PM – 2:00AM: “Blackout Pajama” Dance Party – with Live DJ Entertainment, Adults Only
10:00PM – 2:00AM: Premium Open Bar
2:00AM – 3:00AM:After Dark B4 Dawn Dance Party

7:30AM – 10:30AM: Breakfast Buffet Served

3:30PM: Games & Dancing – Like Dirty Minds & Line Dancing, etc.
6:00PM – 8:00PM: Dinner Buffet Served

Buses load for departure to concert venue: CHECK WITH ACTIVITIES DESK FOR EXACT TIMES. “Rep Your City Spirit Sunday Funday Concert” wear favorite City Shirt or Team Jersey.
3:00PM-6:00PM: Comedy Show and Concert with Host: KRS-ONE / SLICK RICK / KOOL G RAP / MONIE LOVE @Santander in Reading PA (Cash Bar). Coaches depart after concert is 100% completed.
6:15PM: Load Coach & Depart for Trip Home
