🕒 Order of the Day
3:00pm – Doors open-Drinks, cake sale, raffle sales & donations
4:30pm – Main raffle
5:00pm – Booby prize raffle
5:30pm – More drinks & socialising (more cake sales if they last!)
6:00pm – Disco, dancing & drinks
10:00pm – Hall & bar close
➡️ Bar downstairs open until midnight for any stragglers

🎟️ Raffle Prizes Wanted
Are you a business owner, or do you work somewhere that could donate a prize or gift voucher? Can you donate your time or services?
Do you have something at home that could be used for a main raffle prize?
Anything is hugely appreciated! Please donate before the day to Marion, Jo or Shelley so raffle tickets can go on sale early.

If you can make a cake, cookies, or sweet treats to sell, please let Marion, Jo or Shelley know 💕
👉 We are running this event with no financial outlay, so 100% of the money raised goes directly to the charities.

🎁 Booby prize raffle item – something fun and inexpensive!
(Bottle of wine, unwanted gift, bath bomb, teddy, scratch card… you get the gist 😄)
🥪 Food – No food provided, feel free to bring your own nibbles or picnic
🍹 Drinks
Please do not bring your own drinks — there will be a fully stocked licensed bar, plus tea & coffee available.
