The autumn is here, which means that it's time for our indoor practice!âïžHope that everyone enjoyed their summer, and are ready to come back to our practice hallđ
Our term in Milot begins on September 6. Practice is held 14-17 on Saturdays.
During this first practice we will also have a little fika and group activity at 15.00âïž
In the evening, we will celebrate the new term with a fire jam in RĂ„lambshovsparken - as is tradition!
(good weather - at the amphitheatre; bad weather - under the bridge)
Set-up: 19.30
Fire safety briefing: 20.00
Fire jam starts right afterwardsđ„
We will wrap up around 22.00.
Attend the mandatory safety briefing if you want to spin - regardless if you have done it 0 or 1000 times.

Want to learn how to hoop, spin poi/staves or maybe something completely different? Have you practiced some kind of flow arts before and want to find your way back? You've found the right place!
Stockholm Flow is suitable for both beginners and seasoned professionals - all levels are encouraged and active in the organization and we have lots of different toys for people to borrow during practice if they don't have their own.
WHEN IS IT?
Almost every Saturday (check the specific date to make sure - during holidays etc we do not have any practices) between 14.00- 17.00!

Milot/Aktivitetshus Ursvik, MilstensvÀgen 52, 174 62 Sundbyberg.
Please check google maps / SL for the best way to get there for you - there are a few different routes to take.
IMPORTANT - if you are using Apple maps you will be taken to the wrong venue for some reason. The building is the large one with an obstacle course and a skateboard pump track right outside - Milots aktivitetshus.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
First time is free, after that it's 75 SEK each time or you can become a fully fledged Stockholm Flow member and get unlimited access to workshops in many different disciplines (acrobatics, dance, different flow props, performances etc) and all the practice sessions!
To pay the drop-in fee (75 SEK):
