Yep… 3 parkruns in 7 days. Because who needs sleep when you’ve got 5k, fresh air, and questionable life choices?While the brilliant Swanley Park team put their feet up on Christmas Day (they’ve earned it — legends), we’ll be back in full swing on New Year’s Day to blast 2026 into action the only way we know how… with smiles, cheers, tutus if you’re brave, and a very enthusiastic Run Director who may or may not still smell faintly of prosecco.
