Omakase (お任せ) means "I leave it up to you" in Japanese, where you entrust your dining experience to the chefs. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted and served at its peak freshness, creating an intimate journey through flavors, textures, and culinary artistry.

We invite you to join our Mt. Fuji family - local owners Aaron, Shannon & Yusuke - for an intimate 10-course dinner celebrating both Japanese tradition and Arkansas hospitality.
