Jackson County Parks + Rec welcomes over 75 booths featuring canine care vendors, pet-friendly services, food trucks, and more. Enjoy agility demos, frisbee matches, costume contests, fun games like “Bobbing for Biscuits,” and even dock diving and obedience challenges. This family—and dog—friendly festival is one of the biggest in the Midwest
