🎄 Christmas Surrender & Release 🎄Sound Bath + Reiki + Journaling Workshop

Amidst the festive rush, give yourself the gift of stillness and self-connection.
This 3-hour Christmas-inspired experience blends guided journaling, a nurturing sound bath with crystal singing bowls and rain drum, and gentle Reiki energy healing to help you release the old and invite in peace, gratitude, and light.
Flow of the Evening
• Arrival & Grounding (15 min)
Settle in with warm herbal tea, gentle lighting, and soft festive scents. We’ll open the circle with intention-setting and grounding breathwork.
• Journaling & Release Workshop (60 min)
Guided journaling prompts to reflect on the past year — acknowledging growth, letting go of heaviness, and opening to new beginnings. You’ll have space to write, share (optional), and connect in a warm, supportive group.
• Reiki-Infused Sound Bath (60 min)
Surrender into deep rest as you’re bathed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls and rain drum, while Reiki energy is gently channelled throughout the room to support emotional release, balance, and renewal.
The combination of sound and Reiki creates a truly harmonising experience for body, mind, and spirit.
• Integration & Closing (45 min)
Slow grounding, reflection, and festive treats to close the evening with warmth and gratitude. Oracle cards may be offered for intuitive guidance.
