Councilman Carlos Torres and Elizabeth Parents & Students Care are excited to host our Annual Trunk or Treat at Todd Bowles Field!🍬 Bring the family for a safe and fun night of trick-or-treating, decorated cars, and lots of candy. Want to get in on the fun? Sign up to host a trunk! Decorate your car, hand out treats, and you might even win a prize 🏆 for best trunk. Use this link to register your vehicle to participate.
