Saturday, October 10th | CrossFit 330
As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month at CF330, we’re doing some heavy lifting for a great cause.
Come and make your best attempts at the Olympic lifts (snatch and clean&jerk), the power lifts (bench, back squat, & deadlift), or all 5 (The Super Total).
Fee: Instead of a formal competition fee, we’re asking athletes to donate to Stewart’s Caring Place in the form of cash or items for their pantry.
Stewart’s mission is to provide free support services to individuals and families on their cancer journey. Members of our CF330 family have benefited from these services; and we want to help. 🙂
Event Format & Timeline: (tentative)
Final event schedule will be posted on Friday, October 9th, and is dependent on the number of athletes that register. We will want to ensure that we allow athletes to have proper time to warm up and for equipment to be moved, etc.
7AM – Doors & Warm-Up Area Open
7:45 AM – Check-in deadline for athletes attempting all 5 lifts
8:15 AM – Check-in deadline for athletes attempting the Power 3 (Bench, Squat, Deadlift)
Lifts Schedule:
8:00–8:30 AM: Snatch
8:30–9:00 AM: Clean & Jerk
9:30–10:00 AM: Bench Press
10:00–10:30 AM: Back Squat
10:30-11:00 AM: Deadlift
Format:
Warm-up space provided.
Athletes will have 3 minutes per attempt per lift.
3 total attempts allowed to hit your best lift.
4 stations will be set up to keep things moving.
🔥 Highlights:
Ring the PR Bell when you hit a personal best! And know that you’ve helped a wonderful organization in our community.
Music, Tribe energy, and community support all morning.
100% of proceeds go to Stewart’s Caring Place.
