🍄Immerse yourself in the healing power of nature with our Nature Connection & Forest Bathing service. 🍄Allow the serene sounds of the stream and the gentle rustling of the trees to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
🍄Reconnect with the earth as you experience the scientifically proven healing properties of the forest, as well as a natural craft, herbal tea and oracle reading.
🍄There will also be laughter with activities which embrace the Fae within and release our inner child.
🍄If the weather is truly awful, we will be at Litha HQ - rain bathing and then warming by the fire in the Barn, or undertaking a craft.
🍄Once booked you will join a WhatsApp group so as to know where we will meet and anything you need to bring.
🍄As we are out in the local countryside, this session is pay as you feel (however, set price if at Litha HQ)
