✨ FREE Kids Yoga in the Park – Fall Series ✨🍂Saturdays | 11:00 AM | Halleck Park (Papillion, NE)

Join us Saturday mornings for a cozy, calming, and playful yoga class designed just for kids — with a fresh twist for fall! As the seasons shift, we’ll be weaving in autumn-inspired yoga themes, mindfulness activities, and movement games that reflect the magic of this time of year: falling leaves, forest animals, harvest time, cozy vibes, and more!
🧘♀️ Classes are FREE and about 30-45 minutes long
🎒 Best for kids ages 3–10, but all ages are welcome. Parents also encouraged to participate
🍁 Weekly themes announced every Friday right here on the event page — so stay tuned!
Things to bring:
-Your own yoga mat, blanket, or towel to sit on
-A hat, water bottle, and maybe even a cozy sweater or blanket (fall mornings are cooling down!)
-Layers recommended as the weather changes
-Your playful, curious, and imaginative self!
🍎 This is the final stretch of our outdoor kids yoga classes before winter! Once the chill sets in, we’ll take a break from outdoor sessions and shift indoors for our paid Sound Healing + Kids Mindfulness series starting in November.
So don’t miss your chance to join us under the trees for a few more magical mornings of movement and mindfulness before we pause until next summer when school lets out again!
