As the season begins to slow down, so will we. Join Operation Juliet for a deeply restorative morning of sound healing designed to quiet the noise, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect you to your center.Surrounded by the calming tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where stress melts away and emotional tension can be gently released. This is your moment to simply be—no pressure, no expectations.
🧘♀️ What to bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable lying down. Cozy socks and an open heart encouraged.
🎖️ All female veterans are welcome. No prior experience needed.
