This Fall, you're invited to stretch, breathe, and connect through a joyful new 8-week Chair Yoga series called Harvesting Hope: A New England Chair Yoga Celebration of Fall.
Led by local Muse, Reiki Master, and Chair Yoga Sherpa Lani Voivod, each class blends accessible movement with inspiration from the vibrant rhythms of New Englandβs most colorful season. Inspired by the foliage, apple orchards, cozy moments, and community connection, this Chair Yoga series is wrapped in a flannel blanket and sprinkled with maple leaves and hometown magic.
