Our Patron Days are Free and we will be holding them once a month,
However donations are welcomed towards materials, refreshments and there will be a tin for those wishing to.
A Patron Day Celebration at the House of Blackthorn Temple
Join us as we honour Cernunnos, Lord of Wild Things, Guardian of Nature, Keeper of Abundance, and Protector of the Sacred Land.
Throughout the day, the Temple will be open as a sacred space for visitors to drop in at their own pace. Whether you stay for ten minutes or several hours, you are warmly invited to spend time in the presence of the Green One and reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world.
During the day you may wish to:
🌿 Receive a Blessing of Cernunnos
🦌 Visit the Cernunnos Shrine and leave prayers or offerings
🌳 Add your hopes and blessings to the Tree of Wishes
🍎 Make an offering upon the Sacred Harvest Altar
🕯 Light a candle at the Blackthorn Flame
🌲 Spend time in quiet reflection within our woodland-inspired sacred space
📖 Add your thoughts and blessings to the Blackthorn Grimoire
🔮 Draw a Nature Oracle message
Children's Nature Activities
Young visitors are invited to take part in:
🦌 Creating their own Antler Crown of the Forest King
🌿 Making a Nature Blessing Stick using natural materials, ribbons and charms
🌰 Adding an Acorn Wish to the Temple Wish Tree
These activities are available throughout the daytime open temple session and are suitable for children accompanied by an adult.
This is a day to honour the land, the creatures who share it with us, and the wild spirit that lives within each of us.
As evening falls we will gather together for a special Patron Ceremony honouring Cernunnos through meditation, blessing, prayer and community.
