Join certified instructor Brittney Davis for a special New Year’s Yin Yoga class — an hour of slow, grounding practice focused on long-held restorative poses that calm the mind, release tension, and help you reset for the year ahead. 💛
After class, enjoy light snacks and a cozy mocktail tasting — or opt for a wine tasting if you prefer!

If the class minimum isn’t met — or if we need to cancel due to weather — you’ll receive credit toward a future class.
