🌿 You're warmly invited to the June workshop where we will be: 🌿Creating a connection with Gaia, the Earth Goddess: A Gentle Journey into Earthing & Grounding 🌏
Come home to yourself through the quiet wisdom of the Earth.
In the busyness of life, it’s easy to feel scattered, tired, or a little untethered. This two-hour workshop offers you a chance to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported—mind, body, and soul.
Together, we’ll explore the soothing practice of earthing and grounding through gentle movement, nature-based creativity, mindful reflection, and quiet moments of stillness. Surrounded by the natural world, you’ll be gently guided back to your center.

🌱 Feel more present and calm in your body
🌱 Let go of stress or emotional heaviness
🌱 Connect with nature in a meaningful, sensory way
🌱 Reclaim a sense of steadiness, clarity, and inner peace
What’s Included:
🌾 A barefoot nature walk or quiet Earth connection
🌾 A grounding creative activity using natural elements
🌾 A guided meditation to restore balance and calm
🌾 Gentle journaling and heartfelt sharing (optional)
🌾 Soulful connection, and space to breathe
What to Bring:
🧺 A journal and pen
🧺 A small towel, mat or blanket to sit/lie on
🧺 A water bottle
🧺 Comfortable clothing suited to the weather - hopefully it dries out a bit by then.
🧺 Found Natural objects to create a natural mandala (bring sea shells, stones, feathers, leaves, flowers etc)
***No artistic experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to slow down.**
