We’ll cover:
How to prune fruit trees into a V-trellis structure
Improving sunlight, airflow, and fruit production
Using simple support systems for structured growth
Long-term management of productive orchard rows
🛠️ Working Bee: Eucalyptus Support Canopy Planting
We’ll be planting eucalyptus trees as part of the support canopy system within the syntropic food forest.
This includes:
Planting fast-growing support species
Understanding canopy succession in syntropic systems
Creating shelter, biomass, and future mulch production
Building long-term ecosystem structure within the food forest
No experience needed — just come ready to learn and get hands-on 🌱
All skill levels welcome.
