Come relax and journey inward through a community breathwork session at The Plant Shop in Jackson TN.
This breathwork session will be focused on self-love. We will be turning the love we so generously give others around and giving it to ourselves.
This will be a ceremonial breathwork journey experience. We will begin by checking in and setting an intention for the practice. Renée will then guide participants through a transformative breathwork experience followed by a relaxing guided journey meditation. We will end by sharing reflections on the experience and grounding ourselves with some vegan dark chocolate.
There will be a surprise reflection activity offered at the end.
Please come with a yoga mat or something to lay on, a blanket or something to cover up with, and water. Please wear comfy clothes.
It is best NOT TO EAT a big meal within the two hours prior to doing breathwork.
