A drum circle is a shared rhythmic experience where participants gather in a circle and play drums together, creating a powerful, meditative, and energizing flow of sound. Guided by Carolyn, founder of Drum4Health, this session is designed to promote balance, healing, and inner transformation—no musical experience needed!
