Come and enjoy gentle movement, fresh air, and good company! These sessions are open to everyone — no experience needed.👟 What to bring:
Wear loose, comfy clothes, flat shoes (like trainers), and bring a drink and a sunhat — or a woolly hat, depending on the weather!
🌼 No need to book — just turn up on the day.
Sessions are completely free. Donations are welcome but never expected.
