🌿 ALL YOU CAN EATSabato 6 giugno al Circo-lo Teatro del Sale arriva una serata speciale che mette al centro cibo, educazione e immaginazione.
Un viaggio dentro le filiere alimentari, tra scelte quotidiane, sostenibilità e domande semplici (ma mai banali): cosa mangiamo davvero? E da dove arriva quello che portiamo in tavola?
Ispirandosi al nostro Orto Volante, il contenitore dedicato ai produttori e alle eccellenze del Sabato di SALE, i nostri chef hanno realizzato un menù che trae bellezza e sapore dal meglio che la terra possa offrire in questo inizio d'estate.
🍅 Ampio spazio alle verdure con un menù a forte ispirazione vegetariana, in abbinamento a piatti iconici profumati di quel mare che Fabio tanto amava.

🎭 La serata si chiude con lo spettacolo “ALL YOU CAN EAT”, lettura teatrale del Teatro dell'Elce ispirata a Il dilemma dell’onnivoro di Michael Pollan.
👉 Non solo: ad aprire la terza cena di SALE, avremo la presentazione di un progetto davvero speciale che coinvolge la Scuola-Città Pestalozzi -realtà storica del territorio e cuore vivo del quartiere- insieme a Publiacqua e Libreria Malaparte: un percorso didattico che durante l'intero anno porterà alla creazione di un libro inedito di ricette scritto dai bambini.
Un lavoro, dedicato all’educazione alimentare e al rapporto con il cibo, che unisce scuola, creatività e immaginazione e che accompagnerà i bambini fino alla sua presentazione finale durante SALE 2027 📖

On Saturday, June 6, Circo-lo Teatro del Sale presents a special evening centered around food, education, and imagination.
A journey into food supply chains, exploring daily choices, sustainability, and simple — yet never trivial — questions: what are we really eating? And where does the food on our table actually come from?
Inspired by our Orto Volante, the space dedicated to producers and local excellence during SALE’s Saturday events, our chefs have created a menu that draws beauty and flavor from the very best the earth has to offer at the beginning of summer.
🍅 Plenty of room for vegetables, with a menu strongly inspired by vegetarian cuisine, paired with iconic dishes carrying the aromas of the sea that Fabio loved so deeply.

🎭 The evening concludes with “ALL YOU CAN EAT,” a theatrical reading by Teatro dell’Elce inspired by "The Omnivore’s Dilemma" by Michael Pollan.
👉 And that’s not all: opening the third SALE dinner will be the presentation of a truly special project involving Scuola-Città Pestalozzi — a historic institution and living heart of the neighborhood — together with Publiacqua and Libreria Malaparte.
The initiative is an educational journey that, throughout the year, will lead to the creation of an original recipe book written by children.
