The 3-6-9-12™ Meditation Program is a signature technique designed and facilitated by Anish Baheti — a blend of conscious breathing mindful witnessing and energy alignment.

This rhythm-based approach helps you move from “looking into the mind” to “looking upon the mind.” It gently shifts you from analysis to awareness — from effort to ease — allowing the natural clarity and calm within you to arise effortlessly.
