Led by Jess Beyer, this foundational program is designed for those ready to deepen their practice, commit to personal growth, and learn to guide others on their yoga & life journey.
What to Expect:
• Begins Saturday September 20, 2025 through March 28th, 2026
• Twice a month meetings
- Wednesdays 6-9pm
- Saturdays 8am-5pm
- 3 Sundays - 9/21, 11/16, 1/11
• Comprehensive training covering yoga philosophy, anatomy, asana, pranayama, and meditation.
• Experienced instructors dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• A curriculum that honors the roots of yoga while preparing you to teach with confidence and authenticity.
• Opportunities for self-discovery, community building, and personal empowerment.

Whether you're a helping professional or a dedicated yoga practitioner seeking to deepen your understanding, this training is open to all backgrounds and abilities. Our welcoming community embraces diversity and encourages each individual's unique path.
