If youโve got a dog with instinct, energy and a brain that needs a job, this workshop is designed specifically for them. Herding isnโt just for Border Collies on a hill farm, many breeds have natural herding tendencies, movement sensitivity or a strong desire to problem-solve. This workshop channels that drive safely and productively, with no livestock involved. What the Workshop Involves
Your dog will learn controlled movement, directional cues, focus around distractions and how to work in partnership with you while navigating a rural environment. Using equipment and setups that replicate herding patterns, we teach dogs how to think, listen and work with purpose, all in a calm, structured manner.
Benefits for Your Dog
This type of work provides mental stimulation, controlled physical exercise and a meaningful outlet for instinct. Many dogs become calmer, more responsive and more settled at home because their brain has been given something constructive to do. Itโs also excellent for confidence building and strengthening the handlerโdog relationship.
