🌸 Spring Rebirth Sound Bath 🌸🌿Spring is the season of transformation. Nature lets go of what is longer necessary to create room for growth. During this experience I invite you to do the same.Let go of what you no longer need, whatever gets in the way. And then be ready for growth. It is happening all around you, this annual rebirth out of winter.
🌸What to expect? Together we will go on a 1 hour sound journey with gently guidance focusing on Spring Rebirth. After the sound journey you will be invited to paint a picture of something to represent your experience from the sound journey. We will end the evening with detoxing tea.
🦋What to bring? a cozy blanket, pillow and sleep mask.
🌿 Please arrive between 6:45-7pm. Doors will close at 7:10. This is to help all settle into the space.
